- Meetings: presenting ideas clearly
- Presentations: Communicating content effectively
- Telephone communication: how to act professionally on the phone
- Formal writing: Drafting emails and documents correctly
- Making appointments: Making appointments efficiently and politely

- Course format: 2x60 minutes per week
- Timetable: Mon& Wed, 13.00-14.00h or Tue&Don, 13.00-14.00h
- Duration: 3 months
- Price: €360.00, plus one-off registration fee for new students
