Learning German can be fun!
The best way to learn a foreign language is to speak. And normally you feel the wish to express yourself when it is about topics that you are interested in or that concern you.
This simple principle which is often not applied in language courses is the basis on which we plan our courses.
To bring abstract concepts of grammar of German language into a vivid context, that concerns our participants is not always easy. But after five years of working like this and creating our own teaching material we have available a large pool of teaching material which allows us to hold lessons, that are different from what you might know from classical text book classes. We avoid the standard teacher-student model prefering a form of interaction that puts emphasis on the experiences and concerns of our students.
The extraordinary small group sizes and the communicative teaching approach of our well trained teachers allow us to proceed fast and therefore give a feeling of efficacy and success to our students.
Our intensive courses include excursions into the "real world", to put the recently learnt to the test.
